Will Smith and his lawsuit against World Entertainment News Network are finally over. The lawsuit was filed by Smith after (WENN) said Will Smith called Adolf Hitler a "good person." Mr. Smith said he was heavily misquoted and the real quote was "Even Hitler didn't wake up going, 'let me do the most evil thing I can do today.' I think he woke up in the morning and using a twisted, backwards logic, he set out to do what he thought was 'good.'" Judge Eady stated that WENN misrepresented Mr. Smith and ruled in favor of the Fresh Prince. Will's attorney said after covering legal fees the remaining monetary damages will go to charity.
