If you enjoy silly fun or ultra realistic shooters this game may not be for you.
I hated to play but the more I played, the more I became the Prince. Prepare to fight yourself in your own mind if you dare play this game.
The First in its series, Prince of Persia The Sands of Time. Although the game takes some time to get used to as far as ever changing in-game camera angles and a few minor glitches (aka : bugs), the game offers a complex dramatic storyline for the male or female gamer.
It is not a game for the faint of heart, that's for sure. It's soundtrack of heavy music keeps you pumping, while the perplexity keeps you spinning. I should also mention the breathtaking anamatics as well as the in game graphics. I was pleased. Another thing worth mentioning is the free form fighting system. (Although this may have been introduced in the second game Warrior Within) This is where the character utilizes both hands for weapons. I hope this was enough to give you some info to compel you to try this game. Rent it! Buy it! Play it!
My own tips:
Save often. Keep your sand tanks filled. Try using new skills and combo techniques. For the bosses...well follow the promps. Be patient wait for your blade to flash blue. If you hit a button before it does, you've already failed. I didn't read any guides prior to playing this trilogy, but It could have saved me hours had I known this. lol Peace.
Here is a link to the strategy guide from gamespot. Although I used no guides or cheats to play either three games.

Post a CommentI love the Prince of Persia series. I have never seen a better game series. I like the Warrior Within the most because of the graphics and the fighting. And the storyline is just amazing. I really suggest you get these games. (If you can play M)
