William Rast Clothing Line at Target

Pick up any fashion magazine and designer clothes are everywhere. Turn on any channel and celebrity attire is in your face. One designer with clothes that a lot of celebs love is William Rast. William Rast is a line created by Justin Timberlake and Trace Ayala. It is casual, trendsetting and generally has a unique look (especially the jeans).

William Rast has taken a unique step by introducing some clothing into Target stores making it much more affordable for those who love the brand but cannot afford the prices. There are both men's and women's clothing offered at a discounted price.

Most of their clothes are $49.99 or less. There are some leather jackets offered for $199.99 each. This considering how much a pair of William Rast jeans in most other stores are, is actually quite a deal.

For the women's line there are 20 different tops (varieties including long sleeve, short sleeve, tank tops etc.). There are 7 pairs of jeans from skinny, to bootcut to jeggings.There are three pairs of pants and 2 skirts offered. Last but not least in the women's collection there are 5 jackets. The jackets are my favorite in the line.

For men, the collection contains 11 tops (including long sleeve button down plaids and t-shirts). There are 6 pairs of jeans and 2 jackets. The men's collection is quite a bit more limited than the women's but still offers some great buys.

The interesting thing about this collection is that most of it does not really remind me of William Rast. The jeans do not have the signature look at all. The outerwear for both men and women seems to me to be the closest resemblance to the standard William Rast collections.

Does this mean the collection is not worth looking at? Absolutely not. They still have a great collection offered at Target. The key is to not expect the collection to be the same as you would expect from the line run by Justin Timberlake and Trace Ayala.

Target has a long history of bringing in famous designers and having them create an affordable and unique collection for the store. William Rast is perhaps one designer who I did not expect to do a line for Target.

So if you are a William Rast fan be prepared that this collection is a bit unique and different however well worth checking into in order to score some great clothes at a great price.
