Willow Weep
Willow weep in the rain
Petals fall silently onto the hollowed ground below
My heart bleeds with complexity
For inside I already know.
Willow weep for me
The time it moves so slow
I see you in the air, everywhere
The moonlight escapes me, haunts me with every glow.
Take me in your arms and dance with me
The music playing in my head
Rings in my ears, over and over
Like all the words whispered but never said.
Willow weep hold my heart
Dry all the tears I've shed
Bring me into your light, make love to me
Let me rule my world again.
Willow weep was it me
Who held the key but never knew
For sometimes my eyes do not see
Gray skies turn to blue.
For it was I with all the words
Who desperately seeks the truth
Willow weep for me
For it is I who still loves you.
Willow weep in the rain
Petals fall silently onto the hollowed ground below
My heart bleeds with complexity
For inside I already know.
Willow weep for me
The time it moves so slow
I see you in the air, everywhere
The moonlight escapes me, haunts me with every glow.
Take me in your arms and dance with me
The music playing in my head
Rings in my ears, over and over
Like all the words whispered but never said.
Willow weep hold my heart
Dry all the tears I've shed
Bring me into your light, make love to me
Let me rule my world again.
Willow weep was it me
Who held the key but never knew
For sometimes my eyes do not see
Gray skies turn to blue.
For it was I with all the words
Who desperately seeks the truth
Willow weep for me
For it is I who still loves you.
