This month, The Tan Company, a franchised chain of tanning salons, will offer their customers an opportunity to win a luxury vacation AND a variety of tanning packages in their Scratch & Win promotion held from March 1 to March 31.
To celebrate being tan, customers of The Tan Company will receive one game card per visit at all participating Tan Co. locations, which are eligible for entry to win The Tan Company's grand prize, a three-night, all inclusive trip to Riu Playacar in Riviera Maya, Mexico for two adults, sponsored by Apple Vacations. The trip includes three-night accommodations, round-trip airfare, transfers to and from the resort, non-motorized water-sports, all food and drinks and the assistance of an in-resort Apple Representative.
Other prizes include a buy one, get one for $5 tanning package, a free $50 tanning package with purchase of membership and 30 percent off the purchase of any in-store product. The game card also features a bonus game to win prizes such as a free tan upgrade, free facial products, tan extenders and sample lotions, a free Elite Week of tanning, a complimentary Mystic Tan and more.
The Tan Company currently has 70 locations in 13 states, including 42 locations in Missouri. Additional states with multiple locations include California, Illinois, Indiana and Ohio. The company expects to grow to 100 locations in 2011 and 500 salons within five years. Growth is expected to come from a combination of single and multi-unit ownership and area development.
