Windows Live Mail simplifies this task. Once the application is downloaded and installed. Simply add all your various web based accounts, and you can manage all of your e-mail in one place. That means you can receive and send e-mail from any one of your accounts.
Setting up each account is also simple. No longer is it necessary to enter all the relevant server information. With Windows Live Mail, or you have to do is enter your e-mail address and password and the remaining information will be filled automatically.
It is very rare to find a person who only has one e-mail accounts, because most people have a personal and business e-mail address at the very least. Windows Live Mail is one of those applications that just make our lives a little simpler. It is rare to find such a useful piece of software available for free.
The application is actually very advanced and has the capabilities to do almost anything you would ever want to with your e-mail. The spam filters are particularly noticeable because obvious spam messages are automatically transferred to the junk mail folder. Furthermore, spam senders can be blocked to prevent further unwanted messages. Another useful feature is the ability to move messages between your e-mail accounts; also, when composing an e-mail message, you can select an account simply through a drop-down menu.
Overall, I rate, Windows Live Mail extremely highly and find this application often saves me a lot of time. I particularly like the sophisticated spam filters, and the ability to manage all of my e-mail accounts in one place. It's hard to believe such a feature rich and useful piece of software is available for free.
I give Windows Live Mail my five-star rating.
