Winter
The wind is chilling
The fire cozy and warming
The sky dark and gloomy
The house bright and roomy
Diamonds sparkling across the snow
Inside a warm glow
A sheet of white across the field
Rooms all laughter filled
Bitter coldStories from the old
The night dreary
Family creating a new, happy memory
Fresh snow falling
Folks come calling
Snowmen in the yards
People playing cards
The trees are stark and bare
Home filled with care
