Winter Layouts and Graphics for MySpace

Jessica Ann
It's going to start getting cold outside and that means it's time to decorate your MySpace page for the winter months. This does not include anything that relates specifically to the Christmas holidays, but just the joy and feel of the winter months, plain and simple. This is a beautiful time of year and there is no reason not decorate your page for the season until it's time to do a Christmas page. These are also great suggestions for after the holidays until the frost starts to thaw and it's time to think about Spring again.

Maybe you have your own ideas of what winter means to you and you already know what you want. I have a few suggestions on ways to decorate your page and maybe you can incorporate a few of these into whatever you may have in mind. I hope you like some, if not all, of my suggestions and have provided the links to get to the sites where I found my favorite winter decorations for MySpace. One of the first sites that I always look at for the best layouts is hotprofileplus.com where you'll always find a good amount of choices in whatever topic your are looking for and probably even some you didn't even think of, but let's stick with winter this time.

Snowmen - These certainly seem to conjure up images of a cold winter day, playing outside and building the season's first snowman. So let's say you want to pay tribute to the snowman on your MySpace page. I've come up with a few ideas you just might like for your page. At hotprofileplus.com you can find a "Let It Snow" layout with a pink background and also "Snowman Love" with a black background and two snow, um, people. I just don't know the proper term for a female snowman when you actually have two. You can also find several "Frosty the Snowman" related layouts to get your page going. Another place to try is getmyspacecomments.com where you'll find about three graphics of snowmen that don't have a Christmas comment on them that you can use for just a simple winter page. If you care to have some funny snowman graphics, then check out myspaceantics.com for a funny picture of the beloved snowman. There is also another funny cartoon at pyzam.com that you may want. At coolholidaygraphics.com you can find a few more funny pictures with snowmen. One more suggestion is myspaceanimations.com where you can peruse several animations to find some plain snowman graphics. You can also find some dividers here.

Snowflakes - You can work on getting really creative in order to accomplish a page with nothing but snowflakes. First hit the hotprofileplus.com site and pick out one of the layouts, under winter, which only consists of snowflakes. Then go to glitterfly.com for a selection of single snowflakes. More great choices of snowflakes is at zingerbug.com. Coolholidaygraphics.com also has several to choose from including a scene watching them out the window. Don't forget to throw in some snowflake dividers which you can find at here.

Winter Scenes - This is one way I can see what some of you out there must see during the winter months. I have never seen a snowfall or a blanket of white snow outside my window. By decorating my page with scenes of winter, I can just imagine what it must be like to see the real thing. Topbun.com has several winter scene layouts that are really beautiful. If you want something really gorgeous, check out the winter scene at pimp-my-profile.com for an incredible layout to use. There are also a few pretty ones at satisfaction.com. After you get your layouts, then you must check out the generic winter comments and more which are also at satisfaction.com for some great page fillers.

There are many other ways you can decorate for the winter season as the above are just a few suggestions. One more thought is to visit xoospace.com and search through their banners by going to the subcategory of seasonal: winter, on line now icons by also searching the same subcategory and the same search for backgrounds also that would look lovely on your MySpace page.
