Snow before Halloween,
60 degrees today.
We definitely have weather
But what? Well, who can say?
.
.
Millions lost their power
Millions lost their heat.
Snow falling on unfallen leaves
And trees fell in the street.
.
.
Then it thawed! It's gorgeous!
It hit 60 here, you know?
And the still-lost power
Is now the only sign of snow.

Pretty nice day today, but it sure was a mess last weekend...
Snow is often inconvenient; especially when it comes before Halloween!
Glad the temperature is warm today. I am sure you will have the power restored soon. Our tree trimmer from Kansas City is in Connecticut helping to trim the broken trees. He is doing his part to restore the power lost there.
Nice poem---Since I LIVE IN California, I have never been in the snow.
