Post a CommentThanks, Jack! I just simply pointed out that you got it right when you did not specifically categorize Christmas to fall on Dec. 25 and actually mentioned the possibility of its occurrence in the late autumn based on scholarly findings. Dec. 25 for me is a commercialized Christmas and it does not truly depict the reason for the season. As Christians, peace and God's love (both referred to Christ in the holy scriptures: Col. 3:15 and Jn. 3:16) must be our main focus and appreciation in life. We should celebrate both of these gifts from our Creator daily and not just on a randomly selected date. That's my point there, friend. God bless.
Excellent work Joey. I missed this for some reason and didn't get email notification on this one? Hmm? Anyway, I noticed you said that "Christmas is not on Dec. 25 as this article stated" and wondered what you meant. I do know that Jesus was actually born in the autumn and Dec. 25th is actually the Winter Solstice...I suppose this is what you mean. Anyway, Happy New Year Joey.
