The Potawatomi Bingo and Casino Main Stage at this year's Wisconsin State Fair will be jamming, hopping, flashing and rocking. There is no better way to top off a day filled with cream puffs, pig racing, and scooping out those dairy cows than taking in a good band, fight or performance. The Wisconsin State Fair has lined up some fabulous entertainment for this year's fair.

Opening the fair and The Potawatomi Bingo and Casino Stage will be none other than Lyle Lovett and his Large Band. This multiple grammy award winning singer song writer will bring his own style of country, soul, folk, rock and good sounds to the stage to entertain you. Lyle Lovett has won the Grammy for Best Country Male Vocal. Who could be better to start off this year's entertainment? He will be appearing on Thursday, August 8 at 7:30.

The Spirit of Michael- Michael Jackson Laser Spectacular will be on stage Friday night. This tribute performance to the legendary Michael Jackson has been selling out stadiums across the country. You will be treated to 50,000 watts of sound, large screen video, and a laser light show. A Michael Jackson tribute artist will perform the music you love to hear and do the dances you want to see. This is a show you will not want to miss.

Saturday night they set up the ring on the Potawatomi Bingo Casino Stage for a bout between two nationally known fighters. Ultimate Fighting Champions Veterans, Razak Al-Hasan and Nick Agallar will square off at 8:00 P.M.. Wisconsin will showcase their best ultimate fighters in undercard bouts starting at 7:00 P.M.. You pay- Pay for View to see these fighters now you can see them in person. See you there.

She charmed us with her smile and wowed us with her voice and we all made the calls to vote her in as The American Idol. Jordin Sparks, won the American Idol title at the age of 17 now she has grown up and her music is better than ever. She has gone on since her Idol victory to receive a grammy nomination, an American Music award and release platinum records. This R&B recording artist, and songwriter will be at the Wisconsin State fair on Sunday, August, 8.

A Wisconsin native, Chad James brings his Christian Acoustic band, Third Day to The Wisconsin State Fair on Monday. This band has won three Grammy awards, 23 Gospel Music Association Dove awards and has released more than twenty top ten-gospel hits. They have the pedigree and the talent. Come see Third Day with Chad James on Monday, August, 9.

Fly Like an Eagle on Tuesday night with the Steve Miller Band. This rock and soul band has been an entertainment favorite since they were formed in San Francisco in 1965. I predict they will soon be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and you get to enjoy their show on Tuesday at The Wisconsin State Fair, Potawatomi Bingo Casino, Main Stage.

At this printing Wednesday is TBA but sure to be another blockbuster entertainment night.

Since 1968, Three Dog Night has been thrilling sellout crowds around the world. If you have never been to a Three Dog Night Concert, you are missing one the entertainment world's best experiences. You have to be good to stay around for 42 years and they are. Don't miss this concert and don't think it is only for your parents. This is a night to rock out. Three Dog Night will be at the Wisconsin State Fair on Friday, August, 13.

Will he be the new Simon Cowell? It's been the rumor everywhere but first he makes a stop at the Wisconsin State Fair. Bret Micheals brings his Roses and Thorns Tour to Wisconsin. Back in good health and ready to rock the stage Bret Michaels will bring the house down on Saturday, August 14.

Sunday, August 15 will be the traditional wrap up show at the Wisconsin State Fair on the Potawatomi Bingo Casino Stage. The Wisconsin School Music Association Marching Band Showcase will be on stage. Five different high school marching band and color guards will perform on stage. This will be a fun day. Sunday, August 29 at 10 A.M..

The Wisconsin State Fair is offering entertainment to satisfy everyone's tastes this year. And speaking of tastes you will never go hungry at the Wisconsin State Fair but that is the subject of another article.

    Wednesday night's stage entertainment has been announced. Montgomery Gentry will bring their hard driving style of country western music to the Potawatomie Stage, sponsored by Miller Lite.
