Wish Upon a Hero - A Miracle Online
Right before my eyes was a wish from the heart. This was not your typical wish from the heart. It was one that required you to actually help. If you could do nothing else, you prayed, you posted encouraging messages, or you sent a private message. The wish was asking that for help. "I don't know for sure what it feels like to die, but imagine it's something like this", the poster posted. This mom was struggling with her life and alcoholism. She was wanting to turn her life around as she is a mom to a five year old daughter.
That was her wish, get help. So many came forward and offered to get her some help. One offered to personally come and pick her up and take her to the nearest hospital. Others begged for her to call them or call 9-1-1. Just do anything that would get her the help she was desperately needing. Others begged that she share her phone number and one of the Heroes would call her and talk to her until additional help could come thru. After several requests for her phone number, she finally shared it. As a team, several heroes pulled together, and put forth their best efforts to save this struggling mom. One member called the poster. Another member made phone calls to get her help. Calls to the hospital to be sure she would be seen and treated, even if insurance was not available, or money to pay the bill. The last thing anyone wanted was for this poster to be turned away. Saving her life was the top priority.
I can honestly say I have never seen a miracle unfold like that before my eyes. I found myself glued to the computer hoping that she was going to be ok and that help was going to reach her soon. When it was all said and done, she was taken to the hospital to received the care that she desperately needed. At last update, she was receiving the care and was in good hands. This update came from the local police department who assisted in the matter.
Tonight there were 3474 views of just this one wish. There were 243 posts to help a person who was wanted and needed help. The post continue to grow as the day wears on. Hopefully this is the start of a brand new life for the Poster. There are too many heroes to name, but many of the heroes are the members of Wish Upon a Hero. In addition to that, there are the staff of the hospital that is caring for the Poster as well as the police department staff. But the real hero here is the Poster. She realized that she needed help and asked for it.
Wish Upon a Hero is the brain child of Dave Girgenti. Wish Upon a Hero was born September 2007. It currently has 11651 members, 15762 wishes and 10243 granted wishes. Wish Upon a Hero's motto is No wish too large. No hero too small.

Post a CommentHas quite teh colorful past and not as honest as one would think. Google the name, he is a known for malingering while in teh service and also has a criminal record.. I would love to see him beat those drum when he and Dave go to prision. John Walsh where are you?
Wish Upon a Hero is fraught with deception and fraud. Certain WUAH administration and Superheroes have assisted in building what has been 'sold' as a major profitable 'social network.' "Security" contains the very members who are profiting from deceptive practices and circular giving. Capsalus is very excited about the profit margin promised by Dave and his star team. Greed guarantees profit, have you watched Charity Builders gains? Dave is right, the dramatic, sad situation at WUAH is reality show worthy. I hope they film the arrests.
LadyDiamond will soon grace WUAH with her presence with a wish to pay some bill. She is on WUAH auto bill paying plan. That huge tax refund?? Did anyone see her offer to help anyone with their bills? I didn't think so. Every month some sucker forks out their hard earned money to support Brenda, WUAH should have a bill paying wish cap or somethng in place to stop people like LadyDiamond for these constant appeals to have her bills paid.
At least Angelicrealtor only asked for electric bill help and everyone was calling her a scammer.

Who is wishing for what or who is granting what wish? You all need a new hobby. Seriously you who are writing all this nonsense are probably the ones who are getting the most wishes granted. Get off your butts and et a job, do something constructive with your lives. There is a whole wide world out there that don't include WUAH

Why would a member boast about her Christianty, grant wishes ,make wishes for other members and recruit other members to harrass, complain, and pit them against other members. Why would a so called Christian spew so much hatred and venom, gossip and lies then when caught try and weasel her way out of it blaming others while spitting scriptures. If said member is so innocent why then was her account suspended for getting caught spreading lies? If so called member is innocent, why try so hard to prove it while rallying to have others help her pin the blame on another? Why? because she wants to deny she was equally guilty as she cohorts, in fact she was teh one who started the mess leaving others to take the fall out.
Why would a member who owns a computer business fail to disclose that fact to wishers and deny it when ask? Why would that same member ask for money to repair a dear friends computer and accept donations from members then that dear friend never got a new or repaired computer and no one knows where the money went? And why would a honest member post photos of 3rd grade children on her past wishes and do so without parents permission, ( is this not illegal) and why would that same member use prayer forum to attack other members, I mean if that member were so honest and innocent.
And for sure a honest and innocent member would not use leftover money from a puppy wish to send to a relative while allowing heros to believe the money was returned, for sure if they were honest and innocent.
HappyMomInMS and pburkham are both responsible for the harassment of members on wuah, and this is proven by copies of messages sent by them to other members. Yes there is a lot of giving going on between members that others never see and Happy is one of the worst offenders as she has been known to collect money for other members and those members never recieved that money. Need proof, ask John about the puppy wish and the money he gave to her that she did not disclose to other heros. So wrong that those not in this circle of members get trampled on and called out, while this bunch seemingly can do anything they wish (pun intended) and become more powerful day by day.
How such a good idea caused so much hurt and damage. I suppose if the site was falsly represented, what more could be expected. Heaven and her minions have no idea how much damage and how many people they have hurt. What good is sending someone a card with a dollar or two if your going use their information and trust to destroy their life. I Heaven is the one screaming the loudest that she is innocent which is quite telling. PBurkham and HappyMom have no reason to try and they are innocent cause well just maybe they are. Heaven get off the soapbox, your actions are showing your true colors
In all fairness, Heaven was not alone in these malicious doings, PBurkham.HappyMominMS and a couple of other all took part in these lynchings. and are now eager to throw each other under the bus claiming innocents. These member have made fake wishes for each other in the past and have profitted for alleged puppy transportation, a flood,a fictious housewarming and others. All in all what was a great idea has turned into a nightmare for many.
