Let me introduce myself. My name is Rochelle Moore and I am a celtic witch/healer and author of a few books on www.amazon.com. KARMA change your life is a book I wrote to show how important spirituality is in our everyday lives. This is a multi-denominational book for all creed and religions. Aromatherapy & Herbalism is an alphabetical list of cures, natural remedies, essential oils, herbal recipes, some which date back thousands of years. In this book I show how you can treat physical and mental illnesses as well as everyday ailments such as acne, apathy, dandruff, however, some of the more intricit listings include depression, anxiety, phobias, guilt, hostility, etc.,. I have written this book so that is easy to use no matter whether you ever tried using essential oils or herbs before.

IRISH HEALILNG WATERS SPELL:

Firstly, place a jar in sunlight for a whole day so it can absorb the energies from the Sun. This spell should be done just before Sundown and where possible, on a Wednesday; (Mercury will boost the healing power of this spell).

You will need Violet, Lavender and Rosemary which place together into a pot and boil gently in a quart of water approximately. You do this until you can smell the scent of the herbs filling up the room (Kitchen) and when you reach this point, drain the water into your jar. If you have little bits floating around in the water then simply use a coffee filter and this will alleviate this problem.

As Sundown approaches, take the jar full of the scented water and hold firmly with both hands. Place the jar around the middle of your body (stomach region) and hold it firmly there. With your minds eye picture a bright glowing colour (such as the sun) and imagine that you are filling the jar with your illness or any negativity. Chant this spell until you really feel that you have filled the jar to the brim with your ailment.

By herb and by the Sun
wellness and I are as one
strengthening energies now merged
baneful energies now be purged

When you are satisfied that this spell is complete anoint the part of your body with the contents of the jar. If it is a case that you are not certain where your illness eminates from then spread the contents of the jar over your mid region (stomach). This spell can be done in your bath to avoid spilling it all over the house.
