Wizard 101 Pet Updates Comes with New Pets

Wizard 101 players now have the advanced pet system that allows you to raise, train and combine pets abilities like never before. Along with the new updates, new pets are available that have never been seen before. This is especially desirable for those of us who like to collect all the different pets.

Wizard 101 updates also took away a players ability to buy and sell pets at the bazaar. So, if you want a pet now that is not available for purchase in the shopping district or for crowns or arena tickets, you have to win one as a drop from a boss.

Most of the drop pet information used in this article was acquired at a fansite of the game, Wizard 101 Central. Players who were able to play the game updates in the test realm have gladly shared what they found with others and this makes it easier for us to go farming for the pets we want.

You can buy certain pets from Diego with arena tickets when your wizard reaches different PVP levels. These pets are the storm elf, myth imp, bronze helephant and the magma colossus.

In the pet pavillion, you can buy pets with arena tickets from Sir Nigel Higgenbottom. The pets you can buy are the striped boar, blue spider, dastardly magician, dark crow and the crimson spectre. To purchase these pets, you need arena tickets and your pet must have reached different ranks in the ranked pet races.
