ABC News reports Mysha Ferrell has been charged with obstruction of justice in the death of Jesse Davis. Jesse Davis was still carrying her almost nine-month old fetus when her body was discovered in a local park after an intensive search. A medical examiner had confirmed the body was Davis's on Sunday. Davis was due to have a baby girl on July 3 when she disappeared. No public information is being released to the public yet because it may interfere with the case.

The last time anyone heard from her was June 13. Thousands of volunteers participated in the search for the missing Ohio mother. Jesse's mother found two-year old son, Blake, alone and the house in shambles .A comforter and cell phone were missing but Dais's keys and purse were still in the home. According to CNN, sources say a former police officer, Bobby J. Cutts Jr., led police to the remains of Jesse Davis though authorities have not confirmed the information.

Cutts, a police officer and boyfriend of Davis's, is scheduled for arraignment on Monday charged with two counts of murder that includes the unborn fetus. Cutts is Blake's father and believed to be the father of the unborn child. Cutts has other children by different women and an estranged wife. A neighbor of Ferrell's, Justin Lindstrom said police forced their way into their apartment and began searching. Ferrell had not been seen all weekend and police confiscated multiple items in brown bags from the apartment.

Lindstrom said he didn't know Ferrell and occasionally asked her to turn her music down. He commented on ABC news, "I heard loud noises in the middle of the night, every night." Lindstrom never made friends with Ferrell who has an eleven- year-old daughter. "She's not exactly your ideal neighbor. She and I haven't gotten along since day one." Ferrell had parties every night until three or four in the morning. She worked at Denny's and quit her job on Friday. Officials confirm Ferrell is in custody and refuse to give any further information.

Jesse Davis's family has not returned any comments. Jesse planned to name the baby Chloe. Someone placed a sign reading, "God bless you Jesse and Chloe, forever in our hearts" near the road where the body was found. According to ABC, homicides involving pregnant women are not unusual. Homicides are the number one cause of death among pregnant women. A report published in 2005 by the Journal of Public Health states between 1991 and1999, homicides accounted for 31 per cent of deaths among pregnant women.
