I love the Womansday Magazine. They have so many wonderful recipes and ideas in their magazines. I would encourage you to purchase one or go to their site. They have so many things to see at their site. Trust me, you won't get tired or bored.
This first recipe comes from a Woman's Day magazine dated May 25, 2004. It is called a Chocolate-PeanutButter Refrigerator Cake. I have included the ingredients so that you will see how easy it is going to be to make. There is also a picture of it on the front of this article. By the way, have fun looking at all of the pictures at this site. They have some scrumptious looking desserts.
Items that you will need
heavy (whipping) cream, peanut butter chips, chocolate graham crackers
This next recipe comes from a Woman's Day magazine dated December 17, 1996. It is called a Cookie Fruit Tart. This recipe is great for all of you who are watching their weight. It is made with low fat and reduced fat products. I like the idea of having fruit for dessert too. (Ingredients are here so you can be prepared)
Items that you will need
refrigerated sugar-cookie dough, cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, fruit
This last recipe comes from a Woman's Day magazine dated April 1, 2004. It is called a No-Bake Chocolate Truffle Pie. I like the idea of no-bake. This recipe looks like it would be great to take to the office. You will be the talk of the office for a while. Everyone will want to know the recipe. (Ingredients are here so you can be prepared)
Items that you will need
pecans, chocolate-flavored crumb crust, caramels, evaporated milk, chocolate chips, heavy whipping cream, butter
I hope that you enjoy the site as much as I did. There is so much there to look at and see. I know that you will have fun making these recipes and showing them off to your friends and family. They will love them and want you to make them all of the time.
