The Secondary Lymphatic System. Your breasts are mostly made up of lymph glands, which carry toxins away from vital organs and out of your body. They are a secondary major source of toxic elimination for women and act as a sort of "backup system" in case of toxic overload. However, if your breasts are suffering from toxic overload themselves, then you will need to do something quick, because you have no more backup systems. When circulation to the breast area is reduced due to wearing of brassieres, then toxins can remain stagnate within the lymph of the breasts. It is important to never wear brassieres which are too tight or constraining, especially for long periods of time. After you take your bra off, be sure to massage your breasts to bring back any lost circulation.
The Stimulation. Your lymphatic system, which literally drains toxins out of your body, is spread throughout your system. The most concentrated areas of lymph are in your inner thighs and your sides approximately three inches below your armpit. Your legs receive proper stimulation through regular movement such as walking and running. However, women tend to accumulate lymph in their breasts and their sides due to bra usage. Since these are two major areas of concentration for your lymph, you will need to make sure that these areas are regularly stimulated, massaged, handled and touched.
The Tissue. The tissue of your breasts can eliminate various things such as fat, through whiteheads and sweat, and scar tissue. Since your nipples are especially porous, your body can easily move hard and liquid toxins out of your breasts through your nipples with minimal energy spent. If you are doing an alternative therapy session which involves tissue drainage through the use of hot towels, remember to only allow long-term tissue drainage on your back. Moving heavy poisons through the tissue of your breasts can clog up your lymph system.
The Scars. Whether due to surgery, augmentation or reduction, you may have scars on your breasts. Remember, scar tissue is a temporary emergency tissue created by your body to fill a gap, cut or hole until healthy live tissue can replace it. Scar tissue is never supposed to be permanent, so if you have scar tissue that is five years old or older, than you might want to take a more active approach to getting rid of it. Drink plenty of healthy fluids, such as water and juice, and massage, rub and scratch your scars on a regular basis. Make them feel unwelcome.
Ladies, our breasts are not just parts of our beautiful bodies. They have a very real and very necessary function, and when that function is clogged up or unable to perform properly, cancer and other toxic growths can invade. Keep your breasts healthy and you will be keeping your whole body healthy!
