Women: How to Develop Tight Vaginal Muscles

Rita Jan
So you would like your vaginal muscles tighter after having a baby or just in general. Perhaps you are the male and are looking to vamp things up a bit. Just like with any muscles which are used for running, climbing or chewing, vaginal muscles can be built up to where they are nice and tight. After all, that is what we are looking to accomplish.

Formation of Muscles. The muscles surrounding your mouth and your eyes are circular. Around your mouth, there are two horizontal muscles inside of your lips. Then there are flat sinewy muscles which are attached to your lips and can contract and pull them back or around at will. There are similar flat sinewy muscles surrounding the eyes and controlling the eyelids. These are some examples of circular or circular-fit muscles. Vaginal and anal muscles are circular-fit muscles which we use to control the urge to urinate or to have a bowel movement.

Inner and Outer Muscles. Just as you can crunch your upper or lower abdominal muscles, you can squeeze your inner and outer vaginal muscles. Most women squeeze them at the same time during sex, but the difference can be found when only squeezing your anal muscles. Typically, the inner vaginal muscles also contract, and as you can tell, they are quite deep in the body.

Working out. Contracting your vaginal or pelvic muscles as if you need to urinate is the best way to work out and tighten your vagina. Any personal trainer will tell you that quick movement burns fat and that slow movement builds muscle and strength. Begin your exercise by contracting slowly to as tight as you can go, then relaxing slowly and gradually. Repeat this process ten times, rest, and try another round of reps if you can keep exercising. Doing this daily will build tighter, firmer muscles and greatly improve your stamina.

Relaxing Muscles During Sex. You can achieve ultimate control over your vaginal muscles by alternately tightening and relaxing your muscles during intercourse, working in time with your partner or on delayed time for added effect. By doing this, you will be able to fine-tune your performance and practice more deeply involved intricate work. There are many variations on this practice, which will calm things down or suddenly raise to a higher level, depending on speed, repetition, pattern and force.

Women, besides positioning and enthusiasm, there are other ways to contribute to your sexual intimacy. Developing stronger, tighter and finer-tuned vaginal muscles is definitely one of the better ways. Regular sexual activity and private masturbation between sexual encounters will give you plenty of practice while building those muscles.
