Venus is the goddess of love, sexuality and beauty. The message she teaches is that you deserve to be loved. She brings out your inner beauty and makes it shine through. She guides you to independence. Venus is famous throughout mythology for her lovers such as Aries and Adonis. She has a light and dark side. She can be warm and kind, helping others find their own beauty but she also can be fierce when the right situation arises. She doesn't need love from others because she loves herself. Venus was born from the water and that is how you invite her into your life. Take a hot bath and fill the tub with roses and romantic scents. Ask Venus to empower the water and then soak for as long as you want. Think about how much you love yourself and why you deserve to be loved by others.
Pele is an Hawaiian fire goddess. She lives in the world's most active volcano, the Kilauea Volcano. When she gets made she shows her wrath with fire and lava. She teaches us that its ok to get angry and at the same time you must control yourself. She helps the quiet people find their voice and speak up to be heard. She represents self empowerment, anger and control over ones own emotions. You can invite her into your life by listening to Hawaiian music that uses its lyrics to invoke her. When you need her help in calming anger leave her a present on your altar or write her a poem and burn it.
Freya is the Norse Goddess of female empowerment and sexuality. She is the leader of the Valkyries and one of the most beautiful and powerful goddesses in Norse mythology. She chose which warriors would die in battle and then helped guide them over into the afterlife. Freya also has a love for fairy folk, wild flowers in the spring time and music. To bring her into your life you need to express yourself without limitations. She helps you increase confidence in your own sexuality. Freya is never shy about expressing herself and she can show you how to be bold. She teaches that its ok to be sexual in a responsible way. To call on her all you have to do is ask for her help when you want to do something such as asking a guy out when normally you are too shy. The rainbow and color gold are Freya's symbols. Wear them in your jewelry to draw in her energy to assist you. She can also empower your perfume to help you find a lover.
