Women with Moxie Presents Workout Wake-Up Call

This event is one of Women With Moxie's monthly Member2Member events. Each month two or more members collaborate to put on an event showcasing their business offerings. Admission is $10 for members and $20 for non-members.

May's event is being hosted by Suzette Jones, owner of Evolution Health & Fitness. Evolution Health & Fitness is located at 1990 Main Street in downtown Sarasota on the second floor. Parking is available in the attached parking garage.

For this event, you should come dressed in your favorite workout apparel. Classes are being offered on the following schedule:

5:30 Peer Training in the OVAL with Andrea
5:30 Yoga in the LOFT with Michele Mician
5:30 Tai Chi in the ATRIUM with Rosann Argenti
6:00 Corepole in the ATRIUM with Shauna
6:30 Pilates in the LOFT with Michelle Sibilia
6:30 Latin Cardio in the ATRIUM with Ana

Downstairs there will be raw food tastings provided by Raw Raw Foods, a budding raw food delivery and catering service owned by Leah Vartanian and Joan Kershaw. For this event they are bringing their Bloomin' Disks, delectably crisp slices of fat absorbing daikon radish smeared with a creamy garlicky spread and topped with flavorful edible flowers. However, if you have more of a sweet tooth, they will have gorgeous fruits carved in the Thai method and lots of small morsels for attendees to feast on. This event will also feature Kashi Health Bars , copies of SRQ Magazine provided by SRQ Group, wine provided by Nancy Cameron Interiors, snacks provided by Axcess Diagnostics, environmental & neighborhood information from the City of Sarasota, organic yoga clothing provided by Blue Canoe & Evolution, Mona Vie tastings, and smoothies and power drinks by Elite Nutrition & ABB.
