I know I miss quite a few areas in my home while spring cleaning. I can miss something no matter what I do. I think the checklists can help those like me who forget something or get interrupted while cleaning.
When I get interrupted during cleaning, I forget what I have cleaned and haven't. This happens when I have to leave the house for a few hours to run errands and other things. When I get home, I forget what room I was cleaning and what I have done.
When this happens, I go on to the next room to never finish the room I was working on. There have been times I wished I would have had a spring cleaning list like the one's I have found at Women's Day.
Kids and House Cleaning
The Women's Day spring cleaning checklists could be printed for kids who are moving into an apartment for the first time. This would help them with keeping their apartment clean. Kids often know mom and dad do the cleaning. They don't realize what each of the things they do to clean the house.
By kids having their own spring cleaning checklists for their bedrooms, they will be able to help mom and dad with the house chores during this time and all year. Kids need to know how to keep their rooms clean as well as other areas of the house. This will help them when they move out on their own.
College Students and Dorm Room Cleaning
The spring cleaning checklists can be used by students living in a dorm. This will help them with cleaning the bathroom, their desk area, beds, vacuuming, and other things they are required to do while living in the dorm.
Dorm managers will have inspection day of the dorm rooms throughout the semester to help keep the dorms clean and bug free. This will help kids keep on good terms with their dorm managers. They will also be on good terms with their roommates by keeping their share of the room clean.

Click on the more drop down menu above the checklist to print. You can email it to friends too. Each of the Women's Day spring cleaning lists will take you through vacuuming, dusting, where to wash, and various aspects of each room that becomes cluttered.
Each of the checklists are decorated in flowers, polka dots, and festive colors. This should help keep anyone cheery while cleaning house. Sometimes the mundane cleaning can bring a person down.
