The restaurant serves many dishes, including some Vietnamese foods. They have the usual appetizers such as Tofu and Pork Spring Rolls ($2.95), Vietnamese Egg Rolls ($4.95) along with some I haven't heard of such as both Fried and Steamed Dumplings at around $4.75 and a "Bo Bo Platter" which includes Egg roll, Paper Wrapped Chicken, BBQ Sparerib, Beef on a Stick, Golden Shrimp, Cream Cheese Wontons served on a flaming Bo Bo platter ($6.95 minimum 2). Now that sounds like an interesting gastronomical adventure!
They also serve both Chinese and Vietnamese Chicken Salads at $5.95 each. As in most oriental restaurants they have all kinds of vegetable, pork, chicken, beef and shrimp and other seafood dishes some sweet and sour, some hot and spicy, some with vegetables and some with noodles or rice. The Chef's specials are interesting to read let alone eat. Items such as Seafood Combo in the Bird Nest leaves ones imagination run wild. The $25.95 Lobster dishes (supreme or with ginger scallions) are for those with more expensive tastes than mine. Though the Cantonese style roast Duck does sound quite delicious for a small feast around the holidays.
Again, the Vietnamese dishes are replete with foreign sounding names such as "Pho Bo Vien" and "House Special Pho" ($6.95 and 7.95 respectively). However, they also have beef, chicken and pork noodle bowls and several rice dishes between $6.95 and $8.95.
Recently they have had a $4.95 lunch special that is quite affordable. I really enjoyed the time with my friends this afternoon. I am glad that I found this very fine restaurant. I know that I will be coming back and enjoying both some inexpensive and possibly an expensive dish every once in a while.
