For one, you're going to need a field to play either of the sports. The main thing with woodsball is that the cost of designing a field is much cheaper than the cost of designing a speedball field.
Bunkers are very easy to obtain, and usually a piece of woods is pretty easy to find. You can usually find a friend who has woods, or simply use a portion of woods that someone already has. It's not that hard, most the time. You could always use state land if you really wanted to, as well.
Anyways, the construction of woodsball bunkers isn't difficult. The only even moderately challenging part to making woodsball bunkers is coming up with the parts to make the bunkers.
You can use just about anything. Listed below are some of the most effective woodsball bunkers
Tires
If you can get your hands on some tires, these things work great in piles. Since you can pile them any which way, they're great for making any size or type of bunker.
Doors
Car doors, house doors, screen doors, or even garage doors. Any of these make great bunkers. Just stand them up on one side, and you'll have a bunker which is excellent for cover on one side.
Ply Wood
Ply wood is also a great way of making bunkers. It's cheap, and can be constructed into just about anything you want. You can usually find old pieces of this that make excellent bunkers eventually.
Crates
Crates make great bunkers. You can get in them for all-way cover. Just be careful not to get bunkered. You can usually pick these up from shipping places, for free. Just keep your eyes open, and you should be able to find some for nothing.
Palletes
Palletes make great bunkers. Pile them up. Stack them up, Make boxes. Make Towers. You could really design just about anything you want using these cheap or even free awesome pieces of wood.
Trees
Trees as they are make great bunkers. You can add other things to them to make even bigger, better bunkers. Fallen trees make excellent bunkers as well. You can leave them where they are to effectively make a "snake", or move them around, stack them, do whatever! Fallen trees and branches can be moved to easily make effective, large bunkers.
