Work and Pleasure

A management meet takes place in a five star hotel. The topic for discussion is 'delegation'. During the question hour one of the participants asks a pertinent question.

Participant: Sir, what is the difference between work and pleasure?

Professor: Work is what you give out in terms of effort. Pleasure is what you get in return.

Participant: How does the principle of delegation apply to these two phenomena?

Professor: Work can be delegated whereas pleasure cannot be .

Participant: Thank you ,Sir. Now I have understood
