Post a CommentI nearly cannot disagree with you more, Tracie. As a working highschool student, my job has me working atleast 5hours each night after school. This puts a damper on not only my academic life, but also my social life. As for giving me an initiative to attend a university, and further my education to create a sustainable income for my future, that is something almost every highschool student knows. Working a minumum wage job isn't going to teach you that. And having a job to take my mind off of the issues of my day is also incredibly false. In fact, it makes my issues worse by compiling my social and work problems and giving me less time to deal with the day to day issues.
