Working from Home, How Do We Choose the Best Company to Join??

Here are some tips I have learnt to help you pick the right network marketing company.

1. Has the business survived at least 5 years?

Choose a company that has proven that it will be around for the long term as 90% of all network marketing companies have disappeared within 2 years of operating. Some like to speculate which is fine but be aware it is higher risk. For example I have a portfolio including Arbonne (30years old) and Pyxism (launched only in January 2010) and will always keep a balance.

2. Is the business financially stable?

Do they have the cash to grow, to maintain a solid infrastructure with adequate resources, to attract talent in their management team, to keep pace with technology/ongoing improvements and importantly to pay you your commissions! Some people prefer publicly traded companies because they are required to publish their financial performance/position.

3. Does the business have products or services that are unique?

Sales are much easier if there is less competition especially if the competitor is cheaper!

4. Do you have a need for the product or service?

Do you or close friends need or like the products and is the product likely to be attractive in time to come?

5. Can you generate an income within a short period of time?

A home based business has expenses to market including the phone costs, technology, advertising, postage etc so can you be paid quickly?

6. Are there ongoing fees/costs?

Make sure you cashflow and develop a full business plan to understand the true costs.

7. Does the marketing system/back end make life easy?

Many businesses allow you access easily to marketing information, web statistics, e commerce that is simple to use.

8. What support will you have from your upline?

Does your upline motivate you, believe in your abilities and bring out the best in you, trains and support you rather than just sign you up?

9. Is there a way to build your business part-time without losing your full time income?

The business should support your endeavours ensure you can work when you please.

10. Will you have FUN and PLAY?

You should have a lot of fun with your home based business...it is not just about income.There are many businesses on the market that we can join to work from home. What I like about Pyxism is the fact that the products are travel and appeals to such a broad base.
