Onebag
Onebag is an awesome addon that combines all of your bags into one box. Basically, you have one huge bag that combines all of them. This is nice for a few reasons. For one, the bag is completely customizable. You can change the color of the bag, the background color, etc. Also, if an item in your bag is green, blue, epic, or Legendary, it will be highlighted and made easily recognizable over the other items in your bag which are either white or gray. This makes organizing and selling loot easy.
Bartender
Bartender helped me clean up my interface drastically. Bartender is meant for re-arranging your hot bars into more convenient patterns, in my case I just stack up all of the bars on top of eachother to the right-most area of my screen, keeping them clearly out of the way of my chat, etc.
The other great thing about bartender is that in the settings menu (/bt) you can move around just about any part of your game interface, including the experience bar, micro menu (shows most in-game options), and even the mounted bar. There are many things that you can customize through the use of bartender, and even if you prefer to keep your macros the way there are, you can still organize your interface with this addon, since it allows you to move your bag bar, experience bar, mounted bar, and so many more, as well as scale up these bars.
Genie
Genie isn't necessary a game-interface cleaner, however, it can definitely help keep you organized and on top of things. If you combine this with auctioneer, you can easily know what to sell, as well as where it is in your bag. Genie takes all of your inventory items and arranges them based on their level, "soulboundedness", quest item, etc. Basically, you just use a command to organize your entire bag through an automated system. With this addon, you can set it up so that every time you pick up or acquire items, they are all organized immediately into your bags, in the order and arrangement you choose. It's a relatively simple addon, but it works great. No more searching through your bags to find what you need. When combined with onebag, makes finding things incredibly easy.
Carbonite
Carbonite is sort of a "cleaner" version of questhelper, in my opinion. Now, when you open up your map and track all of your quests, you won't see nodes placed all over the map, rather, you will see highlighted areas of the map where you will need to go to complete quests. This is far more accurate than questhelper as well, since it shows the entire area of a spawn, object drop, etc. instead of just placing one node on the map where it may be. Definitely more efficient for questing and keeping your map clean than questhelper.
