World of Warcraft Guild Creation Guide

You have played World of Warcraft and now you are level 15. But you are mostly alone and you are starting to realize that there is a big emphasis on being social in the game. Well you could ask to join a guild, but you don't want that! No sir you want the glory of being the leader of the best guild on the server. The first guild to raid ICC in its entirety and claim nerd fame. You have to start somewhere, but where.

First you need to get a guild charter. Go into one of the major cities such as Stormwind and look for the visitors center and buy a guild charter from the NPC.

Next, you need to come up with a catchy name that doesn't sound too much like Grandma's latest recipe. Something like Killzors will attract a lot of potential recruits.

It helps to have lots of friends that are not in a guild already but this can easily be overcome. Who needs friends when you are heading up the best guild on the realm?

The answer? Ask people in trade chat to sign your guild charter for 10 gold. The higher amount of gold you wish to spend will get the signatures even faster. You will need 10 signatures before you can register the charter with the guild NPC.

Awesome you have the signatures and you have turned in the charter and the guild is in operation. Now what? Any self respecting guild master knows that a guild isn't a guild without a custom tabard. That's right talk to the tabard vendor to customize your tabard and throw down that 10 gold to save it. Your minions will undoubtedly praise your efforts when you choose the white skull and crossbones on a black background. You can't go wrong with that.

So there you are standing in Stormwind with your 10 guildies and wearing your super awesome pirate tabard. You better promote some of the members to officer or they may abandon you! Also make sure they can recruit new guild members to carry on with your legacy.

There is only one more thing to do... Buy some bank tabs. The first one costs 100 gold. Any others that you buy will approximately double in cost until you get all of them purchased.

Now that you have set up your guild you can take a nice relaxing vacay in booty bay. Congratulations!
