I love eggnog all year long, so I developed this recipe for the 10 months during the year when they don't sell eggnog at my local supermarket. Its quick, easy, and there is no risk of salmonella from raw eggs!
Easiest Egg Nog Recipe
3/4 cup egg beaters (equal to three eggs)
3 tbs sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 1/4 cups milk
2oz Cool Whip (about 1/4 of a regular sized tub) More can be added for extra creaminess.
Mix all ingredients together until well blended and creamy. Egg beaters uses pasteurized eggs, so there is no risk of salmonella, but we recommend you consume all you make within 24 hours.
