Would You Change What You're Eating to Save Your Life?

Rue Cooper
A lot of our food supply is refined, dyed, sugared, brightly-boxed and plastic-wrapped.

It's quick food but is it good food? Some areas of the world have no heart disease. Why is That? Could what we're eating, or not eating, be causing diabetes, heart disease, cancer and a lot of other diseases?

Can you eat your way to a strong and healthy body with no disease or even a reversal of disease? Could it be that easy - and eating good healthy, organic food has no bad side effects!

Some scientists and nutritionists believe that the body can heal itself by giving it the right food. Would nursing homes or hospitals have fewer patients if their diets were changed? Could proper nutrition help alcoholics and drug users? How much over-activity in children and mood changes in adults is really caused by high-sugar foods with additives, preservatives and dyes?

How many tired and ill people might become healthy and alert - joyful for each new day - if they ate a strength-building, immune-booster diet?

Could we do away with a lot of suffering from disease and high doctor bills by just changing the way we eat? Is the road to good health a big secret?

Garden-fresh and organic - what is it?

After harvest, fruits and vegetables start to lose nutrients within minutes and non-organic foods aren't grown for nutrient value. Instead, they are grown for attractiveness and how well they ship and how long they last on the shelf.

What does organic mean?

Organic produce means that the grower might be using crop rotation, tilling and mulch to keeps weeds away instead of spraying on chemicals. Natural fertilizers, like manure and leaf mulch could be used to feed the plants and give nutrients to the soil, instead of chemical fertilizers. Good insects and birds might be encouraged in the organic garden to reduce pests and disease instead of dusting on insecticides. Look for the organic label, or really be green and grow some of your own!

How much organic food do we need to eat daily?

Eating enough organically-grown fruits, vegetables, seeds, nuts and grains a day to maintain a super-high immune system that can fight off disease and provide healing would mean eating a lot of good food and according to some scientists and nutritionists it would cost eighteen dollars or more a
day.

Could there be a healthy vitamin?

There is one, but most people have never heard of it. It's been fourteen years in the making. Maybe it's time to consider a nutritious food pill like Nine A Day PlusWhole Food Supplement! With one doctor visit costing a lot, and prescription drugs sky-high, maybe it's time to start treating ourselves better by eating right and saving money. Nine A Day Plus is a whole-food organically grown supplement made with U.S. ingredients. Free of herbicides, pesticides and other potentially harmful chemicals, Nine A Day Plus has: Plant digestive enzymes, omega fatty acids, probiotics (beneficial bacteria, whole food derived vitamins, minerals and antioxidents). It has 27 different organic fruits and vegetables in nine daily servings. Can we afford not to buy it?

Ask your doctor about this whole food supplement and never stop taking any prescription drug without your doctor's knowledge and permission.

I think what I need is not a nutrient pill, but a piece of duct tape over my mouth. I tip the scales at 260+!
