Would You like to Get Involved in Your Ferndale Neighborhood?

If you would like to get more involved in your specific neighborhood, there are many ways you can do this. You can start by participating in the Good Neighbors Garden in your community. The program provides decorative plants and homegrown vegetables and other produce products, all of which are available to you and residents in your neighborhood.
Do you know a neighbor who takes pride in their home's outer appearance? Why not nominate that person for a Beautification Award and let them know how much you appreciate their efforts to keep the neighborhood beautiful. Or, perhaps there is someone who is involved in the neighborhood through school, religious or other organizations, and you want to show your appreciation to that person. You can do this by submitting a nomination for the Good Neighbor Award.
