Wouldn't Freedom of Religion in Israel Be Wonderful?

Protest Against Zionist Oppression of Anti-Zionist Orthodox Jews in the Holy Land - July 18, 2007 - New York City, NY

"Words, cannot describe the frustration and anger one feels, coming across the type of situation that took place this afternoon in Dag Hammarskjold Plaza, across from the United Nations in New York City. In an effort to appeal to the international community for assistance and political support, Anti-Zionist Orthodox Jews, held a demonstration this afternoon, to try to save Jews from the Israeli police. As indicated by the demonstrator's signs and spokesmen, they were protesting and publicly exposing, the vicious and brutal methods committed against Anti-Zionist Jews, in Israel by the Israeli police.

Anti-Zionists Jews, have been experiencing a significant surge in growth recently, which has apparently made the State of Israel, extremely antagonistic toward them. This, despite the fact that the recent protests in Jerusalem were peaceful, as was also the case today, outside the UN. Despite the peaceful approach, the police there have been beating the protesters, arresting them, torturing them while in custody, holding them without bail and purposely only giving them non-kosher food, while being held in prison. All, because the protesters were expressing their opposition toward the State of Israel and its support of having the pro-homosexual parade, in the holy city of Jerusalem.

What was all the more disappointing, was the lack of media attention, this particular protest received. It seems quite obvious, that when peaceful, religious Jewish demonstrators, are trying to point out the cruelty and hypocrisy of the State of Israel, the media here in the US, are not too keen to cover the story. There's little doubt, that the networks loath having to deal with the Pro-Zionists, who will mercilessly and publicly, persecute a media outlet and accuse them of being anti-Semitic, if they should report the story. Whether it be here in the US or in Israel, isn't freedom and democracy wonderful?"

This entire article fails on the basis that there is religious freedom in Israel. You can't build any argument around a fact that itself is false.
