WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: Edge (Champion) vs. Alberto Del Rio

Alberto Del Rio has never competed at Wrestle Mania before putting him at a huge disadvantage. However, Del Rio has let the WWE Universe know that it is his 'DESTINY' to win the Royal Rumble and become the new World Heavyweight Champion at Wrestle Mania. So far 'DESTINY' has been kind to Del Rio allowing him to outlast 39 other superstars in the Royal Rumble Match. By winning the Royal Rumble Match Del Rio earned himself a shot at the WWE Championship or the World Heavyweight Championship. Del Rio choose to face whomever was World Heavyweight Champion by time Wrestle Mania rolls around.

That Champion happens to be "The Rated R Superstar" Edge. Edge has been Champion since December 29th, 2010. Although he did lose it for an hour or so on February 18th, 2011 when he was fired by Vickie Guerrero. Edge was rehired that same night by Theodore Long. Edge also had the opportunity to win back his Championship from Dolph Ziggler. Edge was successful in his match against Ziggler and was able to regain the World Heavyweight Championship. Shortly after the match Ziggler was fired by long. A week later Guerrero was fired when her and Drew McIntyre were unable to defeat Edge and Kelly Kelly. Now that Ziggler and Guerrero are out of the picture Edge can focus all his attention on Del Rio. Even if Edge focuses all his attention on Del Rio it may not be enough to stand in the way of 'DESTINY'. 'DESTINY' is a powerful thing and Del Rio has it on his side. That is why I'm giving the victory to Alberto Del Rio.

Winner: Alberto Del Rio

WWE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: The Miz (Champion) vs. John Cena

The Miz has been Champion since November 22nd, 2010 when he cashed in his Money In The Bank Briefcase against Randy Orton. The Miz has been a fighting Champion but has also had some help along the way. The New Nexus, Alex Riley, and Michael Cole have all helped The Miz remain Champion until now. At Wrestle Mania The Miz will have to stand on his own if he wants to remain Champion. The New Nexus will be preoccupied with Randy Orton. Cole will be facing off against Jerry "The King" Lawler. Alex Riley is unable to serve The Miz thanks to Cena defeating Riley in a cage match. With The Miz unable to cheat his way to victory we could be seeing a new WWE Champion at Wrestle Mania.

John Cena had to earn his way into this Wrestle Mania match. After losing at the Royal Rumble, Cena had to find another way to get to Wrestle Mania. If Cena wanted to get to Wrestle Mania he had to go through the Elimination Chamber. The Raw Elimination Chamber featured John Cena, King Sheamus, John Morrison, R-Truth, Randy Orton, and CM Punk. The winner of this match would earn themselves a WWE Championship Match at Wrestle Mania. Cena claimed victory at the Elimination Chamber by outlasting the five other superstars. It appeared Cena's journey to Wrestle Mania would be smooth sailing. Until "The Most Electrifying Man In Sports Entertainment" The Rock made a surprise return to Monday Night Raw. The Rock let the WWE Universe know that he would be the Guest Host of Wrestle Mania. He also let the WWE Universe know that he was upset with Cena who had been saying negative things about him. He let Cena know that he would see him at Wrestle Mania.

The Rock is Guest Host of Wrestle Mania so he can do whatever he wants. If he wants to add himself into this match and lay the smack down on Cena he can. If he wants to make this match a no disqualification match, so that he can interfere and lay the smack down on Cena he can. That is what I'm hoping happens. I'm hoping The Rock interferes in this match and delivers 'The Rock Bottom' and 'The People's Elbow' to John Cena. Allowing 'The Most Watched Champion In WWE History" The Miz to remain WWE Champion. This scenario is unlikely to happen which is why John Cena will be crowned the new WWE Champion.

Winner: John Cena

NO HOLDS BARRED MATCH: The Undertaker vs. Triple H

This match is going to The Undertaker. The Undertaker will be looking to continue his streak to 19-0. I predicted that The Undertaker would win at Wrestle Mania XXVI. The reason behind my pick was the streak. The streak had been building for 18 years and it's not something that should be thrown away. One year later I still feel the same way. If The Undertaker were to lose I don't think many people would remember him for being 18-1 at Wrestle Mania. He needs to stay undefeated at Wrestle Mania for the rest of his career. Anyone who steps into the ring against The Undertaker at Wrestle Mania should feel the same way. Out of respect for The Undertaker they should let him win. Triple H can beat him the day before Wrestle Mania, the day after Wrestle Mania but not the day of Wrestle Mania. Plus these two have already met at Wrestle Mania XVII, with The Undertaker walking away victorious. Even though ten years have past The Undertaker will be walking away with another victory. Besides that Triple H has been out of action since losing to Sheamus at Extreme Rules. It would not be right for him to return out of nowhere and defeat The Undertaker. For those reasons I'm giving the win to The Undertaker.

Winner: The Undertaker continues his streak to 19-0.

MATCH: Randy Orton vs. CM Punk

In 2008, Randy Orton was a member of Legacy. They cost CM Punk the World Heavyweight Championship. Punk never forgot what Orton had done to him and set out for revenge. Punk finally had the opportunity to get his revenge against Orton at the 2011 Royal Rumble. The New Nexus lead by Punk attacked Orton during his match against The Miz costing him the WWE Championship.

Punk had cost Orton Championship gold and it did not sit well with Orton. Orton was unable to forgive The New Nexus for what they had done which is why he has started to dismantle them piece by piece. Orton started with New Nexus member Husky Harris by punting him in the head and putting him out of action indefinitely. Punk wanted nothing more to do with Orton, but the Anonymous General Manager booked these two in a match at Wrestle Mania. The Anonymous General Manager knew that The New Nexus would try to pull something at Wrestle Mania which is why he developed a stipulation. Each week a member of The New Nexus will face Orton one-on-one. If Orton wins that member of The New Nexus is banned from ringside at Wrestle Mania. If a member of The New Nexus wins that member is allowed to be in Punk's corner at Wrestle Mania. First up to the plate for The New Nexus was Michael McGillicutty. McGillicutty was defeated by Orton which means McGillicutty can not be in Punk's corner at Wrestle Mania. The Anonymous General Manager's word was not good enough for Orton and he took matters into his own hands by punting McGillicutty in the head. David Otunga and Mason Ryan suffered the same fate as McGillicutty. After losing their match to Orton they were punted in the head. Now Punk must face Orton one-on-one. Punk has been avoiding Orton for far to long. When these two step into the ring at Wrestle Mania Orton will be walking away with the victory. The best Punk can hope for is to not get punted in the head.

Winner: Randy Orton

MATCH: Jerry 'The King' Lawler vs. Michael Cole

Stipulation: Michael Cole is allowed to pick someone to train him and select a special guest referee for the match.

Michael Cole has selected 'The All American American' Jack Swagger to train him for his match against Lawler. Cole was about to select John Bradshaw Layfield as the special guest referee. Everything was set as Layfield was about to sign the contract in the middle of the ring, until he was interrupted by Stone Cold Steve Austin. Austin greeted Layfield with a Stone Cold Stunner. Afterwards Austin picked up the unsigned contract and signed it, making him the special guest referee for this match. I was surprised that Cole selected Swagger as his trainer. I thought he was going to select recently fired superstar Dolph Ziggler as his trainer. Than for the special guest referee he would select Ziggler's girlfriend Vickie Guerrero.

In the end it will not matter that Cole has selected Swagger as his trainer. Lawler was and still is a wrestler, while Cole is an announcer. Plus Lawler is looking for revenge against Cole after he cost him the WWE Championship against The Miz and mocked his mother who recently passed away. That is more than enough to guarantee Lawler victory.

Winner: Jerry 'The King' Lawler

UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: Daniel Bryan vs. Sheamus (Champion)

Sheamus had been on a losing streak since becoming King of the Ring. To get himself a Championship match he challenged Bryan by putting his career on the line. Bryan accepted the challenge but was unable to end Sheamus' career during the match. This not only allowed Sheamus to keep his career but it allowed him to become United States Champion for the first time in his career. Now that Sheamus has become Champion, I'm predicting a long Championship run out of him. Sheamus just became Champion on March 14th, it would not make sense for him to lose the Championship less than a month later. That is why I'm giving the win to Sheamus.

Winner: Sheamus

MATCH: Rey Mysterio vs. Cody Rhodes

This feud started when Rey Mysterio broke Cody Rhodes' nose during a match on Smackdown. Rhodes' nose broke when Mysterio's knee brace (which Rhodes exposed earlier in the match) collided with Rhodes' face during the 619. Mysterio had no intention to injure Rhodes during the match but Rhodes felt differently. Rhodes felt that Mysterio deliberately injured him to prevent him from competing in the Royal Rumble. Rhodes was also upset with Mysterio for ruining his dashing face, forcing him to wear a mask to protect his broken nose. As the Royal Rumble passed Rhodes was still looking for revenge. So he embarked the help of his father Dusty Rhodes. Dusty being a friend of Mysterio apologized for the way his son had been behaving. Dusty wanted his son to apologize as well so he called him down to the ring. When Cody appeared in the ring he was resisting his father's orders. It appeared that Cody was ready to forgive Mysterio for breaking his nose, until Dusty prevented Mysterio from leaving the ring. With nowhere to go Mysterio was brutally attacked by Cody. Cody was not finished with Mysterio as he set out on another attack. This time Cody used his protect face mask to head butt Mysterio. After Cody placed Mysterio in the corner and exposed a knee brace of his own. As Mysterio lay helpless against the corner Cody charged and rammed the knee brace into the face of Mysterio. These attacks have given Cody the momentum leading up to Wrestle Mania. Momentum may not be enough for Cody, but if WWE wants to build younger superstars they should allow Cody to win this match.

Winner: Cody Rhodes

MIXED SIX MAN TAG MATCH: John Morrison, Trish Stratus, and Snooki vs. Dolph Ziggler and Lay-Cool (Layla and Michelle McCool)

John Morrison and Dolph Ziggler are apart of this match to keep it interesting. Snooki is not a WWE superstar giving Ziggler and Lay-Cool a slight advantage. Despite her in ring experience Snooki was thrown into this match to increase the number of viewers who purchase Wrestle Mania. WWE wants Snooki at Wrestle Mania, that makes me believe besides the money she has another incentive to appear at Wrestle Mania. That incentive is to win, just like Floyd Mayweather Jr. defeating Big Show at Wrestle Mania XXIV. Teaming with Snooki is Tough Enough trainer Trish Stratus. Tough Enough will be airing the day after Wrestle Mania. To remind the WWE Universe to tune in after Raw Trish will be one of the winners of the match. That way the WWE can plug Tough Enough by letting the WWE Universe know they can see more of Trish by tuning in the following night.

Winners: John Morrison, Trish Stratus, & Snooki

EIGHT MAN TAG TEAM MATCH: The Corre (Wade Barrett, Ezekiel Jackson, Heath Slater, & Justin Gabriel) vs. Big Show, Kane, Vladimir Kozlov, & Santino Marella

The Corre has strength in numbers and they know it. That is why they launched an attack on Vladimir Kozlov one day before Wrestle Mania. After Kozlov won his match The Corre took the steel steps to crush Kozlov's shoulder against the ring post. Kozlov's condition is unknown for Wrestle Mania. The Corre got what they wanted by giving themselves the advantage in the match. Even if Kozlov is able to compete he will not be at one hundred percent. Even with the advantage if the match starts looking bad for The Corre, they will have no problem taking things into their on hands. As we have seen in previous weeks The Corre has no problems using weapons. If weapons come into play during the match it is going to lead to The Corre being disqualified allowing Big Show, Kane, Kozlov, and Marella to pick up the victory.

Winners: Big Show, Kane, Vladimir Kozlov, & Santino Marella

Notes:

The Corre is known for out numbering their opponents. That makes me wonder if they will be adding another member to the group. The first person that comes to mind is Johnny Curtis. Curtis was the winner of NXT Season IV , but has yet to make a debut. To me that seems strange because the second place winner Brodus Clay has already appeared on Raw and SmackDown. Since Curtis has yet to make a debut it makes me wonder if WWE has something big planned for him, like joining The Corre.
