Writing Can Be Fun

Ericho Hayes
Writing is fun. I am learning all the time to write effectively so that my readers would enjoy what I write. I am exciting about writing. You can go any place or be anyone with the power of the pen or ( keyboard).

I took college course on writing, and I did pretty well, surprisingly. the courses were part of my college education and I think i was a winner. the college courses I took really taught me and my fellow students about writing. Writing became very real and very fun to me while in college. College writing made me regret that i never took writing more seriously.

I admire professional writers. Professional writers are creative and inspirational. they can bring life alive. They put smiles on faces and peace in hearts. I enjoy reading magazines/ news articles written by professional writers.

Everyone should be encouraged to write. People should write letters. students should do more academic writing. Blogs should continue popping up all over the place. A great miracle is the ability to write. We may not be as great as the great writers, but writing could benefit us in some way. What is the one thing that you want to write about? Get out your pad and pencil or keyboard and have a ball.

Yes, Ericho writing can be fun, but it's also a lot of work! I've written for a good many years, and it does not get any easier. It's important for people to realize that it is work (or they tend to get sloppy, and write things that are right at the top of their head, rather than doing research and crafting every sentence so that people will want to read what they write.) Red Smith (a professional writer) says of writing: "There's nothing to writing. All you do is sit down at the typewriter and open a vein." Even in your post, I think you might look at little closer at what you wrote. Capitalize I (always) and you have some 'unintentional' humor displayed when you write (writers)..."They can bring life alive." Life is always alive! I know what you meant, but I think (with a little more thought) you could have been more clear. One of the best book you can read on writing clearly is Strunk and White Elements of Style. I think it would
