Writing prompt: If you could only watch 5 television channels, which ones would you choose?
Response:
1. ABC Family: Before I started writing during the day, my television usually stayed on this channel from eleven in the morning, to four in the afternoon. From re-runs of Gilmore Girls, to my new favorite series, Secret Life of the American Teenager, this channel has several of my new and old favorites, available at most of my waking hours.
2. Bravo: I used to watch Queer Eye only, when it came on this channel. Now, that show doesn't air on there, and I recently became addicted to this channel a couple of years ago, when I discovered Top Chef, and again, when my friend, Christ, introduced me to the amazing Project Runway. I still watch those shows, as well as Tabatha's Salon Takeover, as well as occasionally other shows. I don't know what I would do without my "gay man TV."
3. Food Network: These days, the latter part of my weekdays stay tuned to this channel. I usually watch Paula's Best Dishes, Everyday Italian, Guy's Big Bite, and other shows. I think I would be a little bored in the evenings, without this channel.
4. Sci-Fi: I would only want this show, for my Ghost Hunters on Wednesday nights. I also think I would adore it if they brough back Firefly, and aired it on this channel. I would have to have this channel for my husband, as well, because he is a big sci-fi show fan. He watches StargateAtlantis and Sanctuary every Friday night.
5. The-N: I have to have this channel, because it's been a favorite of mine for quite a few years. I wouldn't be able to cope without my new episodes of Degrassi, and if they brought back Radio Free Roscoe, Daria, and Pete and Pete, like they used to air, I would be in heaven.
If I was allowed to wish for one more channel to watch for the rest of my life, I would have to choose TBS, because of all the Family Guy re-run marathons.

Well I don't have cable so it's an easy choice, I only have five, 4, 9, 13, 18 & 58! However, I would kill for the Lifetime Channel!
