Writing Site Review: Xomba Earn More Money Writing and Get More Views to Your AC Articles at the Same Time

Xomba is a writing site that you earn money for articles and blurbs that you write through your Google Adsense account. When an article or blurb you write is published, adds appear on the article and blurb. 50% of the time Xomba gets the money those ads earn and 50% of the time you get the money from the ads.

Like many other writing sites the amount of money you make writing for this site is based on views, the more views you get the more likely you are to make a decent income.

What makes this site so different and special is the blurbs. The blurbs on this site can are actually used to promote your articles on other sites. Unlike many of the other writing sites where you have to republish an article to a new site, thus loosing views from the old site, with Xomba's blurbs you continue to make money from the views on the original site and make money from the blurb itself on Xamba. A double payment for the same article.

All you need to do to promote an article from Associate Content or any other site you write for is to write a 50 word blurb describing what your article is about. The more interesting you make this blurb the more apt people are to click on the link you post with the blurb.

When someone clicks on the blurb you get credited with a view on Xomba, when they then click on the link to your article you get credited with a view for that site.

Having only been a member of Xomba for a very short time I can't tell you what the long term affects of these blurbs will be on my views from other sites. What I can tell you, is that in the last week using these blurbs to post links for only nine articles has earned me at least 3 new views a day for each article. While that may not seem like a lot, think about the potential if you had a hundred, or a thousand blurbs posted?

Personally, since we all would like to make a decent wage from our writing, I find the idea of the double payment especially rewarding.

Xomba of course offers other ways of making money as well. You can post articles directly to the site, which if original and not previously posted elsewhere will earn you an income separate from the blurbs.

They also have contests from time to time, with some very nice sized cash prizes. The current contest offers a $500.00 cash prize for first place.

While most of us would not give up writing here on AC or any of our other sites to write exclusively for Xomba it is an additional source of income for writers, and such might bear checking out.

Like any writing site being successful on Xomba depends on the quality and the quantity of articles you publish on the site.
