Wrong Perception of Cellulite

Cellulite only present to obese people? Or cellulite happened to anybody? People always correlate cellulite with fats and obesity but in fact cellulite is referring to the wrinkles of fat cells and subcutaneous connective tissues that appear beneath the layer of the skin. It not only happened to people who are overweight or fat but people underweight will experience cellulite also.

Until today there are no proven causes of cellulite. But there are some experts claim that cellulite occur due the structure of fat cells or poison that entered our body. Cellulite might occur due to hormonal changes. But none of that is proven to cause cellulite.

Cellulite cases are abundant in women because women have firmer and rigid connecting tissue compare to men. So when a woman get fat, the fat cells tend to swell and get bigger so this creates the protruding appearance to the skin that produce the orange peel look on our skin. So women have the higher tendency to cellulite compare to men. It is crucial for women to be more careful of their body as we have the higher chances of getting cellulite.

Why obese or fat people have higher probabilities to develop cellulites. When you are fat, the fat cells under the skin will prone to drive the connecting tissues thus creating strain on the skin and cellulite occur. But not all fat people experience this. Because there are individuals who have cell structure that do not inhibit the tendency to swell or protuberant even though the fat cells accumulate.

So to avoid of cellulite forming, you must remember to keep the connecting tissues between your cells strong and firm. Try to keep away from accumulating excess fats to avoid cellulite occurrence.

Exercise is the best way to avoid cellulite. As there are people who are lazy to exercise so they choose to restrict their diet. And some of us will choose to restrict our food consumption drastically. But many of us do not realise that by restricting our diet, we thought we will lose al the excess fats that accumulated in our body but we actually do not! We only lost all the connecting tissues rather than fats.

This will contribute to cellulites. By losing the connecting tissue instead of fat during our dieting will only lead to the skin more prone to greater problems as the fat cells still remain there. So the problems still lies in our body.

So the only way to escape from cellulites problems it is better to loose fats in our body. How to lose fat in our body? Fat can only be burned from our body if we increase our metabolism by 8 to 30 % more than our normal rate.

So I would say, exercise is the only way to lose cellulite. To own a cellulite free body, you need to engage in an exercise routine daily.
