The Bragging Rights results seem to favor the current champions on the card. While you won't find Bragging Rights spoilers or streaming coverage on this page, you will find a complete rundown of the 2009 Bragging RIghts matches set for the WWE event. In one match, The Undertaker must defend his World Heavyweight Title in a Fatal Fourway contest. His three opponents are no slouches as they are all former champions themselves. CM Punk, Rey Mysterio and Batista will complete the fourway match, and each man looks to walk out as the new champ. It's important to note that the Undertaker doesn't even have to be pinned or submit to end up losing the championship belt. In the other big championship match, it will be the end to a classic rivalry that has carried on in WWE for several years. John Cena will look to win back the WWE Title from Randy Orton, in a "60 minute Anything Goes Iron Man Match". Whoever has more pinfalls or submissions during that one hour time limit will be the WWE Champion as of Bragging Rights. A further stipulation was added to the match by Randy Orton which says that should John Cena lose this match, he must also leave WWE Raw forever. Many have already speculated that the 10/19/09 episode of WWE Raw was Cena's final appearance on the show, while others are hoping he pulls off a big win at the Pay-Per-View to return to what seems to be his TV show.
But wait there's more! Another match will see Champion go against Champion, although neither title will be on the line. Raw's current United States Champion, The Miz, will take on Smackdown's current Intercontinental Champion, John Morrison. The winner will have their own bragging rights since these two are former tag team partners and tag team champions. The WWE has not left out the lovely divas either, as they will also face off. From Raw it will be Divas champion Melina teaming with Gail Kim and Kelly Kelly to take on Smackdown's team of Womens Champion Michelle McCool along with Beth Phoenix and Natalya. These sexy competitors will look to prove which of the divas are best between the two WWE television programs.
In perhaps the main event and biggest attraction of the PPV, it will be an all out war with a seven versus seven man tag team match. This match will feature seven top competitors from Raw facing seven of the best from Smackdown, for ultimate brand superiority. Raw's team is comprised of co-captains Triple H and Shawn Michaels from D-Generation X. These two seasoned veterans lead a squad made up of Cody Rhodes, Kofi Kingston, Mark Henry, Big Show and Jack Swagger. On the opposing side, Chris Jericho and Kane will be in charge. They command a group consisting of Shad and JTG of Cryme Tyme, Dolph Ziggler, Eric Escobar and Drew McIntyre. Both teams want to prove that their version of WWE sports entertainment is best, but only one team will be able to walk out with that distinction.
