WWE to Deliver Two Elimination Chamber Matches at No Way Out

John Cena Gets His Title Shot Early

John Cena's win in the Royal Rumble does not necessarily mean that he will headline Wrestlemania 24. Instead, Cena's title shot against Randy Orton will take place at No Way Out on Feb. 17.

This means the WWE does not think Cena vs. Orton is a big enough match to headline Wrestlemania. Since Cena is the biggest star in the company, he will probably win the title at No Way Out and enter Wrestlemania as the champion.

The winner of the Cena-Orton match will defend at Wrestlemania against the winner of the Elimination Chamber match at No Way Out. The chamber is a huge cage with four compartments. Two men start the match, while the other four wait to exit their compartments and enter the battle.

The six men who are battling for a Wrestlemania title shot are Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho, Jeff Hardy, JBL and Umaga.

The WWE is not afraid to match two fan favorites against each other (like Undertaker vs. Batista at Wrestlemania 23 or Hulk Hogan vs. Ultimate Warrior at Wrestlemania 6). So that means anyone could win.

But who will win? Chris Jericho and JBL haven't wrapped up their feud yet, so they should face each other at Wrestlemania. Umaga is a monster who unfortunately never wins the big match. Jeff Hardy couldn't beat Orton for the title, so he isn't ready to challenge Cena. Plus, there's no sense in putting the fans' two favorite wrestlers against each other in the same match.

That leaves us with HHH or Shawn Michaels. Since Cena and Michaels fought each other at last year's Wrestlemania, it looks like we will see Cena vs. HHH at Wrestlemania.

On the Smackdown side, they are going with the same setup: a title match and an Elimination Chamber in order to keep the fans guessing going into Wrestlemania.

Edge beat Rey Misterio to retain the World title at the Royal Rumble. During the match, Rey clobbered Vickie Guerrero with the 619. This adds some juice to Rey's rematch against Edge at No Way Out.

The Smackdown version of the Elimination Chamber doesn't quite have the star power of the Raw match. It will be The Undertaker vs. Finlay vs. Big Daddy V vs. MVP vs. Batista vs. The Great Khali.

First of all, Edge should beat Rey again at No Way Out. This will allow Edge to put up his title and his undefeated streak at Wrestlemania. Technically, Edge didn't win at Wrestlemania last year (Mr. Kennedy won the Money in the Bank match), but he didn't lose either.

Undertaker has a 15-0 record at Wrestlemania, so he will probably win the Elimination Chamber and battle Edge in a streak vs. (sorta) streak match for the title at the big dance. The only other serious threat to win the Chamber match is Batista, but he has already faced Edge (and lost) several times.

Also at No Way Out, Ric Flair will put his career on the line again in a match against Mr. Kennedy. Look for Flair to win and face Michaels at Wrestlemania.

The Elimination Chamber was the one gimmick match they spread out appearances pretty good. But no problem, they'll fix that and have two in one night!
