WWE Hall of Famer the Fabulous Moolah Passes Away
Moolah paved the way for women wrestlers today and was instrumental in training a vast number of former and current superstars.
Career Highlights:
-Longest reigning champion in pro wrestling.
-Won her first title in 1956, a reign that lasted over ten years.
-Became undisputed women's champion in 1964.
-At 76 years old she defeated Ivory for her fourth and final title reign.
-Regained title from Wendi Richter as "Spider Lady"
-Along with Vince McMahon Sr. beat the ban on women's wrestling at Madison Square Garden.

Post a CommentI am 53 years old and watched this lady while growing up. June 12 2007 I was blessed to meet Moolah in an airport and talked to her. She was the most wonderful person I have ever met. I think that she would want us to not feel sad for her passing but be thankful for the remarkable entertainment she gave us and will forever be not be forgotten
I will miss Moolah.
I think I was blessed with catching the Spider Spirit. God Bless Moolah and may she rest in Spider Heavan.
