2010 was a good year with the charitable giving of well-known and famous people like John Cena and many others.

A non-profit group, The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants wishes to children that have life-threatening medical conditions. John Cena , of WWE, has donated many Delta SkyMiles to the group to help with the wishes that require traveling, and is among the most popular celebrities involved in the granting of wishes to children.

John Cena - Wish Ambassador Council

John Cena is a member of the Wish Ambassador Council and has already granted 200 wishes to children. The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants a wish every 40 minutes and has totaled more than 161,000 wishes across the United States with the first wish going out in 1980.

Born in Massachusetts in 1977, John Cena has won many victories in his wrestling bouts - with 15 championships, including 9 world titles.

John Cena - American actor

John Cena had the lead role in two different movies produced by WWE STUDIOS, "The Marine" (2006), and "12 Rounds" (2009). "Legendary", a WWE STUDIOS movie production, was another accomplishment of this actor in 2010.

John Cena in music and television

A very gifted and hard working artist in the world of entertainment, he has listed among his many accomplishments, a rap album "You Can't See Me." He has also appeared on Saturday Night Live and in a Subway commercial in 2006.

With his fast rise to the top he has always managed to keep both feet on the ground with his generous gifts and is still helping to make the world a better place for children. John Cena, always the superstar.

    Never heard of John. There are people who help others who are open about it to encourage others to do the same. There are people who help others to boost their own reputation. The ones who are best of all are those who help others without letting on. They don't 'let their left hand know what their right is doing.' These are the unsung...

    Make a Wish and the Dream Factory are both wonderful charities for children with challenging diseases. John Cena deserves props for his support.
