WWE Tough Enough: Week Three Elimination

Spy Radio
During the third episode of WWE Tough Enough, 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin focused on technique. Austin let the contestants know that technique is an important part of the business. Once they step through those ropes they need to know the proper techniques to keep themself and their opponent safe. Before the contestants practiced their techniques, they were surprised by a 6 am run. Luke and Rima Fakih impressed Bill DeMott during the run. DeMott was impressed by Luke for finishing the run in under twenty minutes. He was impressed with Fakih for being the fastest women and even being faster than a few of the men. Eric did not impress DeMott as he finished with a time over forty-two minutes. After the run the contestants returned to the gym.

Before the workout got under way Michelle Deighton stepped forward with an announcement. Deighton announced that her heart was no longer in the competition. When she was fourteen all she thought about was becoming a WWE Diva, but now all she thinks about his her two year old daughter. Since Deighton could no longer be away from her daughter she handed Austin her Championship belt. Austin wanted to make sure Deighton knew what she was doing. So he sent the rest of the contestants outside to meet with Trish Stratus while he sat down with Deighton. Austin told Deighton he knew how she was feeling. Austin has two daughters of his own, who he is just getting to know for the first time. Deighton found comfort in Austin's words as she left the competition.

As Deighton was leaving the competition the rest of the contestants were being introduced to a cheerleading squad. The cheerleading squad taught the contestants a routine to perform in front of an audience. The purpose of learning the routine was to make sure the contestants could understand simple techniques. Fakih was the only contestant that was unable to understand some of the techniques. Fakih's problems continued when the contestants headed back to the gym for another challenge.

The skills challenge was all about technique. During the skills challenge the contestants took turns performing various techniques on each other. If a contestant failed to perform the technique properly, they were forced to sit out the remainder of the challenge. After multiple rounds it came down to Martin and Eric. They were asked to perform the same techniques over and over again until one of them screwed up. It did not take long for Eric to tire out, causing him to perform a technique incorrectly. Do to Eric's screw up, Martin was declared the winner of the challenge. Austin asked the fellow contestants to congratulate Martin for winning the challenge; However, the celebration was cut short when Austin announced that the trainers were going to deliberate about the bottom three.

After deliberating, Austin announced that Mickael Zaki, Ryan Howe, and Rima Fakih were all in the bottom three. Zaki was placed in the bottom three for failing to stand out. When Austin brought his name up during deliberations the trainers had to pause and think about who he was. Howe was placed in the bottom three for being to over the top. During the skills challenge Howe was acting to much, causing his techniques to look terrible. Fakih was placed in the bottom three for performing poorly during the cheerleading routine and skills challenge.

As the bottom three Zaki, Howe, and Fakih came face to face with 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin. After asking the contestants various questions Austin decided to save Fakih. Fakih was saved for asking Bill DeMott and Booker T to help with her technique and for beating both Zaki and Howe during the run. As Austin was questioning the bottom three he noticed that Zaki and Howe did not like each other. Since Zaki and Howe disliked each other, Austin asked them to cut a promo. The contestant to cut a better promo would be safe. Zaki volunteered to go first but was sent packing after Howe delivered a far better promo. Howe and Fakih were able to survive the bottom three for a second week in a row. If they fall into the bottom three for a third time will one of them be sent packing? Tune in to WWE Tough next week at 8 PM EST to find out.
