'X Factor' Cher Booed at Tinie Tempah Gig

"X Factor" contestant Cher Lloyd may be doing well with the voters, but when it comes to cutting it as a rap star next to the real thing, people were not so impressed. At a Tinie Tempah gig last night, where Cher Lloyd appeared on stage, she was booed by the crowds.

One Direction were also at the gig at London's Koko venue but their reception was a little better received than Cher Lloyd's, even though their music doesn't fit the genre.

Tinie Tempah fans who were at the gig took to Twitter to express their amusement at Cher Lloyd's misfortune. One person tweeted, ""X Factor" crew appeared at Tinie Tempah during poor Bluey's set. Cher was booed. Hilarious, in front of an 'urban' crowd!" and another said, ""Ha, ha, I love the fact that Cher is being booed at the Tinie Tempah gig. Considering that's her 'scene' and all."

Taking in to consideration that Cher Lloyd sees herself making Tinie Tempah style music, it doesn't bode well for her that people who love that genre dislike her so much. It is possible that the lack of support from the crowd may have just been them thinking she is uncool for being on the "X Factor", but if she wins, will she ever be able to win them over? And will she really care as long as someone is buying her music.

On the other hand, earlier this week, Tinie Tempah himself claims he wants Lloyd to win the "X Factor" so she can't be all bad.
