XanGo - My Personal Account

XanGo is a dietary supplement that contains an enormous amount of xanthones. It is made from the mangosteen fruit; the whole fruit, not just an extract, and it is said to have over 40 different xanthones. The mangosteen fruit is grown in Southeast Asia. My personal account of using this dietary supplement, XanGo, has really been overwhelming. The instructions that you are given are to take the XanGo for a full three months to get the full benefits.

For years, I had been plagued with heartburn/acid reflux, whichever name you want to call it. It was so bad at times, that at night it would literally wake me up. I would feel like I was drowning, couldn't breathe and it would be coming out of my nose. I had not been able to sleep lying flat in several years, which meant I was not resting at all. After taking this dietary supplement for less than a week, my heartburn/acid reflux was gone and I could actually sleep lying down on the bed instead of trying to sleep half sitting up and trying to half way lay down. I was thrilled and so was my husband. I finally felt like I had slept.

The other ailment that I had that the dietary supplement, XanGo, has helped me with was the constant pain in my hips and legs. I had been to the doctor time and time again, with no relief. The doctor ordered all different kinds of tests trying to figure out where the pain was coming from with no results. I had resigned myself to the fact that I would hurt for the rest of my life. Well, when they say take it for the full three months to get the full benefits, that's exactly what they mean. It took almost the entire three months for the pain in my hips and legs to go away. I am feeling better, I have more energy, and I have even started walking between a mile and two miles three or four times a week and before I was not able to do that. I would be in so much pain by the time I got to the end of my driveway that I would just turn around and go back to the house.

XanGo is said to help many other ailments, such as high blood pressure, arthritis, inflammation and many others. I take my XanGo twice a day and drink plenty of water. The xanthones attack the bad free radicals in the body and the water flushes them out. You can take between one and three ounces, two or three times a day. I, personally, am taking one ounce twice a day. For some people, the symptoms will get worse before they get better. And I had a lot of nasal drainage for about two weeks, when I first started using XanGo. If that happens, that means it is detoxing the body, and it usually takes about two weeks for this to stop. I hope this information has been helpful about the dietary supplement XanGo.
