X-Files 2008 NEW Hot Movie DVD Release Starring David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson is Excellent!

This sci-fi soap opera thriller saga love story between Mulder and Scully continues called "I want to believe" which is actually based on their belief in God and NOT aliens? Although the film critics were confused about the title, searching for aliens and other life-forms that may exist on this planet Earth during this film.

Mulder was always searching for what he called "I want to believe" that their is intelligent life in our universe? These expert film critics "bad mouthed" this movie released on July 25, 2008 in theaters simply because it did NOT have any of the alien abductions as portrayed during the TV episodes.

However, the majority of the early X-Files episodes from 1992-1996 had very little to do with alien abductions, but the simple fact that Mulder was always searching for his so-called alien abducted sister and un-explained phenomenom as told by Mulder, which the FBI never believed in.

A devoted year long fan of the X-Files would understand the reason why Scully had lost her faith in God during this film? Especially after her son William was taken away by super-soldier aliens. I remember one dramatic episode where Scully cried and held her cross and also confessed to the priest about her religious faith which she eventually lost over the years.

Scully, as a doctor of science and medicine eventually gave up the FBI and started ironically working for a Catholic hospital, even tho she had lost her faith in GOD trying to help a little boy with brain cancer in this film? Mulder on the other hand decided to stay at home and do continous research about "weird happenings" all over the Earth because he also gave up the FBI during this dramatic/adventure film.

The film later on reveals Scully and Mulder in bed together, not as lovers, but two friends that have developed a year after year relationship with one another. Which Chris Carter the writer and producer states this is what made this series such a great hit to begin with because of David and Gillian's close faces as incredible actors on TV screen. He stated that these two actors "clicked" with one or another immediately which made this TV series such a big success.

The beautiful Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) has let her red hair grow long and Fox Mulder has grown a beard simply becuase of his boredum of sitting around their house everyday doing internet research, although he knows the FBI may be looking for him? But Scully humorously claims that they have tried to lose him in their files?

Skinner eventually shows up during this film trying to help Scully find Mulder as usual and states "Will Mulder do something crazy? Skinner and Scully look at each other and think in their vehicle? Skinner looks at Scully and says "Will he do something crazier?" As usual, Mulder climbs out of a mountain and continues to find the villan that started these murdeous events.

Ironically, the serial murder is based on Dr.Frankenstein where he puts body parts together and brings them back to life, but unfortunately the victims are still alive while he is still performing these task. Father Joe sees all of these visions and tries to help, but Mulder seems to be the only one that believes him and the FBI does not as usual, because they think Mulder is crazy.

Be sure to watch the comical Gag Reels of this DVD release after watching the film. These are hilarious! The commentary film with Chris Carter is also wonderful. I was a little disappointed that they did not show the making of this film during the DVD, but only showed deleted scenes and still photograhs of cast members and actors.

Thanks for reading,
