Yams with Pineapple

Great Side Dish for Your Thanksgiving Dinner

Yams and Pineapple is a very easy to fix recipe. It is a wonderful Thanksgiving side dish that will be enjoyed by anyone who likes yams. This is one my family really likes.

Yams with Pineapple

Ingredients

3 1/2 cups (29oz can) yams

1 cup crushed pineapple and juice

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Drain yams and spread in buttered 9 inch dish. Mix in small mixing bowl pineapple with juice, brown sugar, margarine, salt and cinnamon till blended. Spread over yams. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.
