Yankee Candle Concentrated Room Spray: Clean Cotton

Deborah Woehr
Yankee Candle has a wide variety of scents to choose from. That's why I've been buying candles and car fresheners from them over the past two years. I've always liked the light scents or the musky scents. This morning I decided to go to the mall to see if they carried the Clean Cotton scent in the gel car freshener.

Unfortunately, they didn't. The salesgirl showed me the cardboard "jar" air freshener, but that wasn't what I wanted. The gels permeate the inside of my car well enough to mask the lingering cigarette smell.

I happened to turn toward the counter and saw the "On the Go" Travel Spray in the Clean Cotton fragrance. I picked up two of those when the salesgirl suggested that I get the Concentrated Room Spray. Yankee Candle was having a three for $10 sale, so I indulged myself.

Once I got home, I took the concentrated room spray and tested it out in the front bathroom. Next, I sprayed in in my bedroom, the living room and my office. An hour later, I walked into the living room and could still smell the scent.

I had to respray in the front bathroom after someone used it. A half an hour later, the spray had done its cleaning job while keeping its fragrance. While I still like candles, I love the concentrated spray. It does a better job of freshening the room in a short amount of time, unlike candles.

In fact, I liked the Clean Cotton Concentrated Spray so much that I went to the Yankee Candle website and ordered three more as backups.
