There are a number of people on this earth who don't know what the body is made up of. Its so as some because of modern science, some of traditional beliefs while some for no reason. But no one should be blamed for that because no one is at fault as the reason lies in sheer knowledge. Lack of proper knowledge from a credential source and that too in a convincing mode, has led to the false impression. In fact the truth lying unfolded in front of our naked eyes but we are failing to perceive it because of our own confusion and conclusion. The answer is simple and known, the five elements- Air, Water, Earth, Fire and Sky. What is Solar System- its Sun with its sons. The life giving source is the parent of all the five elements where it solely represents Fire. All these five elements mix together to compose a living body whether human, animal or bird and yes, in a fixed proportion. When this proportion of five elements get imbalanced, the body is disturbed which can be any form of illness either high BP or migraine or viral fever or whatever it is.

Again the medicines that we chew are not something exceptional but the molded form of these elements which cover up to bridge the unbalanced proportion. Major part of our body is made up of water, which is why we are suggested to drink as much water as we can and which is one of the main reason to many common and serious disease. These explanations are the answers to the Yoga exercise, which is the best way of maintain body's composition for a healthier state. Yoga is an ancient form of exercise which physically and mentally focuses our soul to god or Nature or our creator. There are different types of Yoga and each has its own significance and implications. We all know energy travels from a higher level to lower level. During the process of a yogic exercise, the forms of energy existing at a higher level travel to our body which is at lower level, thereby managing the composition on balanced platform. There is an aura of radiation and energy circulating around our body which connects to the parent source and purify itself of the dirt. This connection is excited, when through the physical movement, we give a direction and path to this energy and thus by building a bridge between them.

Yoga has nothing to do religious beliefs or faiths as it is totally concerned with exercise in whatever form it is and that is why a body feels highly rejuvenated after performing yoga. Meditation is one of the best Yogic exercise in which the five elements are awakened to the highest level through concentration which is actually a very tough process. This form of yoga was used by sages to connect to their master and enlighten them to higher level of platform. This yoga is still performed but the difference in effect is wide but even than its much helpful to mankind. The powerful word OM serves a resemblance to catalyst which has to do with both i.e. physically and spiritually. The vibration and energy generated during the chanting of OM is so powerful and tremendous that the whole body and environment gets excited to draw bliss from the creator.

The yogic exercise also has explanation in scientific terms. Most of us are aware of glands that secrets different types of hormones vital for every minute functions of the body. The shortage of hormones or its excessiveness disrupt the proper functioning of cells and leads to different types of ailments and diseases. Here comes the point as yoga helps in maintaining the level of hormones. The vibration that occur in the process of exercise keeps the gland well functioning which ultimately results in perfect secretion of hormones and meets the desired requirement of cells, which is the basis of healthy body. So irrespective of any religion go ahead with yoga and rejuvenate yourself and yes, how it matters if it benefits our body.
