Yoga is a daily exercise with me, but I'm not always where I can practice at home, so the next best alternative is podcasts. Whether I'm on the road for business, or away from home visiting family, I don't miss a routine when I carry my podcasts with me. All you have to do is subscribe or download (whichever it asks you to do) and save it to your phone or video player (I use ZUNE) and you are all set.

www.yoga.podcast.com is in my top 5 because this channel has every genre of yoga covered in it's many podcasts. Making it plenty to choose from. All of which have easy to follow steps and understandable instructions. Whether you are a beginner or advanced student, there is a video here for you.

A few highlights of this site include the setup of the videos (newest first) you can get this podcast on your phone, or you can upload your own podcast, and it even has mind exercises (to strengthen your mind). She shows you several different positions, poses, stretches, and even has a class for children. She also has podcasts covering meditation, lectures, and philosophy. Entertaining and helpful, get in shape with her beginners moves as she walks you through the motions.

If you are looking for the best workout to suit you and taught by a national yoga instructor, you will most likely find it here. Whether it is a hard core workout to strengthen and tone or an easy, simple exercise to get you going in the morning.
