If you don't have a pool, you can often find a community pool and gyms often have pools.
Dance: Dance is so much fun to do. You are having so much fun when you are dancing that you relieve lots of stress. Walking: This is a great stress-relieving workout because almost anyone can do it. It can also fit into schedules very easy. You can walk in the morning before work or in the evening after work. Often walking with friends helps you talk and work out your problems, or if you walk by yourself it gives you some alone time with your thoughts that lets you think through the things that are making you stressed.
Karate(Especially meditative Karate): Karate is a great stress-relieving workout for many reasons. Taking a Karate class makes you part of a community, and being part of a bigger community does wonders in relieving stress. Karate is very physical so it helps relieve frustration and tension. Karate changing how you use your body so it also changes how you are thinking about your body. When you change how you think about things it often helps relieve stress. You can start by finding a local Karate studio and taking a beginning class once a week.
Aerobic Exercise- Aerobic exercise is a great stress-relieving workouts. Aerobic exercise has been proven to release endorphins witch raise you mood levels and fights stress. When you spend time working out, you can't concentrate on the things that are stressing you and bothering you.
